BC Sunshine Coast

With spring generally arriving earlier in Vancouver and BC’s Sunshine Coast, we planned a late winter trip to visit our friends in Sechelt. After our early morning flight to Vancouver, we made our way to the ferry at Horseshoe Bay and sailed to Langdale, where our friends met us.

Although the weather wasn’t as warm as we hoped, we had a great visit, with some good walks, nice meals and good friends. Tom captured some of the beautiful scenery along the way.

Although not totally spring-like, with a little bit of sun and less rain we managed to sit out on the balcony and enjoy the scenery.

We caught the morning ferry back to Horseshoe Bay, making our way back to Vancouver Airport and our flight home. We enjoyed our brief break from the winter, with beautiful scenery and time with friends.
