With overseas travel on hold, this was one of the first years in a long time without a New Year’s holiday trip. This was also my first official day of retirement and some uncertainty about what the new year ahead would bring. Since the weather was nice in Toronto, we took the opportunity to go for a walk in Tommy Thompson Park on the waterfront.
