Our normal July 4th family celebration was definitely impacted the absence of Tom’s recently departed mother; however, it was still great to get together the family and keep the traditions alive. As most of the family had previously gathered for the celebration of life in June, we had a smaller group, but still enjoyed the family time together.

Continuing the family tradition, we participated in the ever-competitive McCall Open Croquet Tournament

After an enjoyable weekend in Iowa City, we had a bit of time with Tom’s father back in Des Moines before heading back home.
